Cats watching television
Jul. 17th, 2002 02:42 pmThey do, too. They're very fond of the movie The Tango Lesson, and of Gasaraki, but pay no attention to most other things. They sit in front of the couch, one on each side, in the classic I Was A God In Ancient Egypt pose, and stare contentedly. They also consent to watch DVDs on the laptop, and, when they see something really interesting on the television, to jump for the screen. Their tails will occasionally twitch in a rhythm or opposition to loud music. I am quite delighted, though I wonder how much time we should let them spend watching television-- one does not, of course, wish to curtail the imagination of young creatures.
(In case anyone missed it, that last was a joke.)
Angst-O-Meter: fluctuating wildly. Some days are good, some days are bad. Going to Boston tomorrow. That's good.
