That's kind of funny.

I am still unsympathetic. I have never left the country. I don't think I've even left the east coast.

I need to travel. When are we all going to Europe and Japan and Africa again?

I'm so ammused by the way your map looks. Big swath of red across the top, but the bottom half of the map entierly green. *snicker* I'm not sure why this ammuses me so much, but it does.

I was amused too... I hadn't realized that in all the traveling I've done I've never actually gotten south of the equator. So I have this nice two-tone map...

Well, to be fair, there are a lot fewer countries south of the equator. You're just missing large swaths north of the equator, too, though your swaths are smaller than mine. Actually, if you look closely, there are little red dots all over the place, including the southern hemisphere, because the U.S. (and some other places) have all sorts of island possessions.
