I hate the comment function not working thing.

To Beth who uses trifles: Yes. And yes. Within about three seconds. Presently filed under 'Teenage Angst-Driven Mistake'.

Signy: The Japanese numbers through ten: ichi=one, nii=2, san=3, shi/yon=4, go=5, roku=6, shichi/nana=7, hachi=8, kyuu=9, jyuu=10. Hope that helps with that very strange quiz... a couple of those numbers are really pushing it in terms of changing the vowels.

J-chan: you're watching Detective Academy Q? Yay! What do you think?

Non-comment: Pall of doom continues to hover but w/glimmers of light starting to maybe be visible in distance. Have discovered self reading post-modernist theory for fun, generally a sign of either impending complete nervous breakdown or impending phase of insane productivity. Feels more like latter, fortunately.

Sleep.

In counting Japanese, "yon" and "shichi" are more common. I have learned that in karate class.

And yes. I am watching it. It is oddly addictive. And it has Ogata Megumi. I just finished watching up through all that has been translated, and it's good, but they are currenty relying too much on the "Oh, it's behind a locked door. It can't be solved! waah waah waah."

Glimmers of light=good! You know, I still have a closet full of boffing swords...if you are feeling stressed but not too totally homicidal and want to stop by sometime, we can let out some of our stresses with PVC and foam :)
