1. Roland of Gilead, from Stephen King's Dark Tower books.
2. Kaworu Nagisa, Neon Genesis Evangelion.
3. Rush-That-Speaks, from Engine Summer by John Crowley. These above three subject to switching without notice. Actually, they're all my favorite.
4. The Mad One, from Deep Roots, my novel.
5. Homura from Gensomaden Saiyuki.
6. Muraki from Yami no Matsuei.

9. Segnbora from Diane Duane's Door Into books.
10. Athanasia Sioris, from Peter S. Beagle's The Folk of the Air.

I note three women, six men, and one indeterminate; the top three are all male, but the notch just below favorite is occupied by my own personal possibly-gendered-somehow psychopathic alter ego. All the guys are pretty butch, but all the women are at least bi. Je ne comprends pas.

2. Name five fictional characters that you would like to have an affair with and/or marry, plus the source. You may disregard any pre-existing attachments for these characters.
1. Homura, Gensomaden Saiyuki. DUH.
2. Muraki, Yami no Matsuei. DUH.
3. Nicholas D. Wolfwood, Trigun.
4. Dark Chi, CHOBITS.
5. Phedre no Delaunay, Kushiel books.

3. American Gods, by Neil Gaiman.
4. Woman on the Edge of Time, by Marge Piercy.
