Interesting. I thought the book answered the question it initially posed-- can an individual actually have an impact on the Great War?-- and once it did that, the rest is a different story, one that I would enjoy hearing if he wants to tell it but that isn't actually part of this one. The major tension of the book resolved.

I found both of Liv's significant interpersonal relationships perfectly functional and considered a lot of the interactions very near the end of the novel to be extremely sweet. Your sociopathy tolerance may vary?
