Apparently if I have sufficient chocolate and panic in my system and do some vague preplanning I can write *ahem* thousand presentable words in six hours. (Because my pre-today panic was keeping me from working, instead of pushing me onwards.) It's nice to know I can, but I am so never doing this kind of crunch again until next year.

I just wish it had let me stop at a shorter length. I am both exhausted and hyper, which is ridiculous.

Congrats! I meant to be earlier this year too. But it kept getting longer. And I'd be like MY OUTLINE THE SIZE OF TEXAS and it would be all NECESSARY ALL OF IT and grah. But I'm really happy with how it turned out, fortunately.
