But my copy of Flora's Dare, which I had put aside cash for the hardcover of oh approximately twenty minutes after reading Flora Segunda, came in-- before street date.

It is better than the first one.

I will talk more about the book specifically later, I am sure, but right now I am taking its mere having shown up today as a sign that the Universe is not entirely terrible.
