2. The Obama and Bush administrations championed very expansive views of when a citizen or subject can be killed or detained without trial based on an executive determination that they are an enemy combatant, and their claims in this area have not been seriously repudiated.

3. Obama's executive branch has found a lot of trans anti-discrimination protections in the sex discrimination provisions of existing civil rights laws. Most of those are potentially gone as fast as Trump's new appointees can type.
