I reread Till We Have Faces recently -- when I first read it I was clearly too young to deal with it -- and had a somewhat similar experience -- partially yes, yes, how could you get this so right? combined with no, no, that's totally wrong! -- and there's something very deep inside me that it touched that books only rarely touch for me (not just that it moved me, or made me emotional, although it did, but also that -- that it spoke to something profound and fundamental about me), and that I am really enjoying thinking about, both the yes and the no.
